FILING OF A STATEMENT OF CLAIM AGAINST FORMER MANAGEMENT

LANGLEY, BRITISH COLUMBIA – March 31, 2023 – HeliosX Lithium & Technologies Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSXV: HX) (OTCQB: HXLTF) (FSE: C2U0) has filed at Statement of Claim on March 30, 2023, at the Alberta Court of King's Bench ("ABKB") against former management of the Corporation, namely Christopher Brown, Sameer Uplenchwar and affiliated entities.

The claim arises due to alleged conduct undertaken by Mr. Brown and Mr. Uplenchwar while they were in positions of management with the Corporation and is intended to protect and preserve certain rights of the Corporation, as more particularly described in the Statement of Claim.
