RELEASE OF ESCROWED SECURITIES

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A the Company advises that:

44,875,000 fully paid ordinary shares;

4,500,000 ESOP Options, exercisable at $0.30 before 15 September 2013; and

2,750,000 Success Options exercisable at $0.30 before 29 November 2013

will be released from escrow on 3 December 2012.
