Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations") read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that Mr. Aditya Chowgule (DIN: 07739364) has stepped down from the position of "Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer (CFO)" of the Company with effect from 13th January, 2021. The Board of Directors of the Company appreciates her valuable contribution and support during his term as the Director of the Company.
