Celsius Resources Limited (ASX: CLA) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Celsius Resources Limited (‘CLA’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of CLA, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 9 April 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

7 April 2025: Celsius Resources Limited (ASX:CLA) (“ Celsius ” or “ the Company ”) hereby requests that its securities be placed in a trading halt and provides the following information in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1.

1. The Company requests a trading halt effective immediately, pending the release of an announcement in relation to the required proof of financial capability condition of the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement (“MPSA”) for the Maalinao-Caigutan-Biyog copper-gold project (“MCB Project”).

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement, or the commencement of trading on or before Wednesday, 9 April 2025.

3. The Company expects that the trading halt will end by the Company making an announcement on the required proof of financial capability condition of the MPSA for the MCB Project.

4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any further information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
