Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Policy on Determination of Materiality of Events, we hereby inform you that the Company has, today signed a Power Purchase Agreement with Greenzest Solar Private Limited (Greenzest), for supply of electricity by Greenzest to the Company, by setting up a captive solar power project in Maharashtra. In this regard the Company has agreed to invest an amount not exceeding Rs. 5 Crores to subscribe equity shares, 26% of total equity share capital of Greenzest. The necessary further details shall be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges upon execution of the Share Subscription and Share Holder’s Agreement.
