Canadian Uranium Corp. — Regulatory Filings 2026

ADDENDUM

Date: May 4th, 2026

Regarding: Subject claims: Cable Lake (now Castle South)

(1) Further to the Option Agreement (“Option Agreement”) dated October 1st, 2024, the “Cable Lake Property Sale Agreement” (“Agreement”) made between Doctors Investment Group Ltd. (“Optionor”) and Citizen Mining Corp. (“Optionee”), which has been amended from time to time; and

(2) in consideration of the Option Assignment Agreement (“Assignment Agreement”) made between Citizen Mining Corp. (“Assignor”), Doctors Investment Group Ltd. (“Optionor”) and Free Battery Metal Limited, now Canadian Uranium Corp. (“Assignee”) on October 1st, 2025, the undersigned agree as follows:

A. The following Schedule are the subject claims for both the Option Agreement and the Assignment Agreement and shall replace and supersede all previous schedules of aforementioned agreements:

B. Section 3.2 of the Option Agreement shall be replaced with the following:

3.2 The Optionee will be deemed to have exercised the Option upon:

(a) the Optionee paying an aggregate of $1,250,000 to the Optionor as follows:

(i) $350,000 on signing; [PAID]
(ii) $200,000 on or before July 1st, 2026;
(iii) $300,000 on or before July 1st, 2027;
(iv) $400,000 on or before July 1st, 2028; and

(b) the Optionee incurring Exploration Expenditures as follows:
(i) $400,000 on or September 1st, 2026; and
(ii) a further $1,800,000 on or before December 31st, 2028.

All other terms and conditions of the Option Agreement and the Assignment Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
