CLARIFICATION ON YALBRA DRILLING PROGRAM UPDATE

Buxton Resources Limited (ASX: BUX & BUXO) refers to the ASX announcement titled “Drilling Program Update – Yalbra Graphite Project” released on 2 July 2014 where it makes the following statement:

The Yalbra Main Zone contains an Inferred resource estimate to JORC Code reporting standards of 2.27 million tonnes @ 20.1% TGC (ASX announcement 25[th] February 2014). This is the highest reported grade graphite resource in Australia.
