Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On October 5, 2021, Broadstone Net Lease, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will release its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2021 after the market closes on Monday, November 1, 2021. The Company will host its earnings conference call and audio webcast on Tuesday, November 2, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time. A copy of the release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
