Results of the General Meeting of Stone Resources Australia Limited (ASX Code: SHK) Held on 18 May 2012

Further to the Company's release of 21 May 2012 and pursuant to ASX listing rule 3.13.2 and section 251AA of the Corporations Act, the Company advises that all resolutions put to the General Meeting of the shareholders on Friday 18 May 2012 were passed on a show of hands.

The resolutions passed were:

• 1. Approval of Employee Share Plan;
• 1. Issue of Plan Shares to Mr Yongji Duan;
• 1. Issue of Plan Shares to Mr Kai Ye Shuai; and,
• 1. Issue of Plan Shares to Mr Edward Tai.
