CONSENT OF GEOLOGIST IN RESPECT OF TECHNICAL REPORT

TO British Columbia and Alberta Securities Commissions TSX Venture Exchange

I, Sue Bird, do hereby consent to the filing, with the regulatory authorities referred to above, of the technical report titled "BONANZA MINING CORPORATION Summary of Exploration Work on the MC Project" that has an effective date of August 1,2020 (the "Technical Report"). The Technical Report is being filed in support of the filing statement of Califfi Capital Corp. (the "Filing Statement"), which describes Califfi Capital Corp.'s proposed qualiSing transaction, being the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Bonanza Mining Corporation.

I also consent to the use of extracts and a summary of the Technical Report in the Filing Statement. I further hereby confirm that I have read the Filing Statement and confirm that it fairly and accurately represents the information in the Technical Report.
