Further to the Company's earlier disclosure regarding exploration of AI business opportunities, the Company now announces that its United States subsidiary has executed a definitive five-year Master Services Agreement with SpaceX International Ltd, MY.

The Agreement enables BCSSL-USA to provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure, cloud-native AI platforms, enterprise AI solutions, AI consulting, AI integration, AI operations and related AI-enabled digital transformation services, subject to mutually agreed Statements of Work and applicable contractual terms. The commercial terms, pricing, implementation schedules and customer-specific operational information remain confidential in accordance with the contractual obligations between the parties.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd – USA Executes Five-Year Master Services Agreement for AI Services with SpaceX International Ltd, MY

Hyderabad, India – 13 July 2026: Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited (BSE: 539607) ("BCSSL" or "the Company") is pleased to announce that its United States subsidiary, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd – USA ("BCSSL-USA"), has executed a five-year Master Services Agreement ("MSA") with SpaceX International Ltd, MY.

This announcement follows the Company's earlier disclosure regarding discussions with the customer. Those discussions have now culminated in the execution of a definitive Master Services Agreement.

Under the Agreement, BCSSL-USA may provide Artificial Intelligence (AI) infrastructure, cloud-native AI platforms, enterprise AI solutions, AI consulting, AI integration, AI operations and related AI-enabled digital transformation services, subject to mutually agreed Statements of Work and the terms of the Master Services Agreement.

In view of the confidentiality obligations between the parties, the Company is not disclosing detailed commercial terms, pricing, implementation schedules, customer-specific operational information or other confidential provisions of the Agreement. The Company will make further disclosures as required under applicable law and the SEBI (LODR) Regulations.
