BancFirst Corporation Announces Agreement to Acquire Union National Bancshares, Inc.

On July 13, 2010 BancFirst Corporation announced that it entered into an agreement to acquire Union National Bancshares, Inc., and its subsidiary bank, Union Bank of Chandler, Oklahoma. A copy of this press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this form 8-K and it is incorporated by reference herein.
