BancFirst Corporation Announces Acquisition of Exchange Bancshares of Moore, Inc.

On December 10, 2010 BancFirst Corporation announced that it has completed the acquisition of Exchange Bancshares of Moore, Inc., and its subsidiary bank, Exchange National Bank of Moore. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
