AUTOHIELLAS S.A. announces, in accordance to the provisions of law 3556/2007, that on the 23rd of June 2026, the company Main Stream S.A., controlled by Eftichios Vassilakis, Managing Director, and George Vassilakis, Executive Member, (persons obliged to notify pursuant to law 3340/2005), purchased 10,000 shares of Autohellas S.A. at a total value of Euro 112,000.00.
