Pursuant to regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that Ms. Pallavi Chavan, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company has tendered her resignation from the position of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company vide her letter dated January 31, 2024 and will be relieved from the services of the Company with effect from close of business hour on January 31, 2024.
The requisite details as required in terms of SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/2023/120 dated July 11, 2023 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are provided at Annexure I.
