Sub: Redemption of 595 Nos. of 13% Unlisted, Unrated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCD’s”) on March 28, 2025.
Dear Sir/ Madam,
In continuation of our intimation dated March 06, 2025 and March 24, 2025 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, (‘Listing Regulations’), we wish to inform you that the Company has today i.e. on March 28, 2025 redeemed the 595 Nos. of 13% Unlisted, Unrated, Secured, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCD’s”) of Rs. 1.00 Lakh each amounting to Rs. 5,95,00,000/- (Rupees Five Crores and Ninety-Five Lakhs Only) due to the holidays on March 29, 30, and 31 along with the applicable interest i.e. 13% p.a. for the period of January 01, 2025 to March 31, 2025 amounting to Rs. 19,07,258/- (After TDS Rs. 17,24,543/-) as per the terms of redemption the Debenture Trust Deed.
With this redemption, the Company has completed the redemption of all the outstanding debentures.
