On November 2, 2018, Absolute appointed Christy Wyatt as its Chief Executive Officer to replace Absolute’s interim Chief Executive Officer, Steve Munford. Ms. Wyatt was also appointed as a member of Absolute’s Board of Directors. Ms. Wyatt will commence employment with Absolute on November 26, 2018.

5.1 Full Description of Material Change

On November 2, 2018, Absolute appointed Christy Wyatt as its Chief Executive Officer to replace Absolute’s interim Chief Executive Officer, Steve Munford. Ms. Wyatt was also appointed as a member of Absolute’s Board of Directors. Ms. Wyatt will commence employment with Absolute on November 26, 2018.

Ms. Wyatt most recently served as the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors at Dtex Systems. She has also held a variety of executive leadership roles at Good Technologies, Blackberry, Citigroup, Motorola, Apple, and Sun Microsystems. Ms. Wyatt currently serves as a member of the board of directors for Centrify, Abilities United and Quotient.
