NEW BOARD APPOINTMENT – SALLY HERMAN

Abacus Group (ASX:ABP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sally Herman as a Non-Executive Director to the Abacus Group Board effective 16 December 2022

Sally joins the Board bringing a wealth of expertise across property, financial services, retail and manufacturing sectors as a non-executive director. Prior to that she had a successful executive career, including 16 years with the Westpac Group in both Australia and the United States of America, running various operating divisions. Sally sits on both listed and not-for-profit boards, including Suncorp Group Limited, Premier Investments Limited, Breville Group Limited, Art Gallery of NSW Trust and Sydney Film Festival. She is also a member of Chief Executive Women.

Abacus Chair, Myra Salkinder, commented “On behalf of my fellow directors, I welcome Sally to the Abacus Group Board. Sally’s considerable experience will bring a fresh perspective, and I look forward to working with her”.

Sally will stand for election as a director at the next Annual General Meeting in 2023.
